We’ll depart from our resort on Uoleva Island of Ha'apai and head out to sea. Your safety briefing and guidelines for interacting with the whales will ensure a responsible and respectful experience with these incredible animals.

• Swimming with whales is optional – You can choose to observe the whales from the boat. Our priority is ensuring both your safety and the well-being of the animals.

• Swimming conditions – We’ll only allow swimming when weather and whale behavior are favorable.

• Respect for the animals – Our guides will follow the strict approach rules set by the Tongan government, ensuring we interact with the whales responsibly.

• Physical demand – Swimming with the whales requires good swimming ability and familiarity with snorkeling equipment (mask, fins, and snorkel). Please ensure you are comfortable with swimming in the open ocean.

• No guarantees – As this is a natural experience, we cannot guarantee that you will swim with a whale. Remember, the whales choose when and if they engage with us! No refunds will be given, if we don't get to swim with the whales.
